Apple Pear Salad

  • 1 organic apple
  • 1 organic pear
  • Handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp Saffron Pistachio or Orange Rose Nūch
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • Pinch of salt


  • Cut apples and pears into small cubes or any desired shape and add to a bowl
  • In a smaller bowl, combine olive oil, Nūch (flavor of choice), white wine vinegar, and salt - mix well.
  • Add the dressing to the fruit salad and mix
  • Rinse mint leaves and add to bowl
  • Garnish with a few extra droplets of Nūch
