
Warm Chia Pudding
Serving size 1
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened macadamia milk (or nut milk of your choice)
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp of Nūch (flavor of your choice)
- ½ cup blueberries (not pictured)
- ½ tbsp rose petals
Recipe:
- Add chia seeds and nut milk to a small pot
- Mix well with a whisk and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken
- Place pot on the stovetop and heat to medium-high and heat chia pudding stirring continuously
- Add honey or sweetener of your choice
- Stir for 5 minutes or so until a nice thick consistency is achieved (not too thick that you can’t stir)
- Add chia pudding to a serving bowl. Top with Nūch, blueberries, rose petals, and enjoy!
