Growing up in Iran, my grandmother would make the most delicious fruit and vegetable jams. And after we moved to the U.S., my father carried the tradition and became a master in perfecting her recipes. As my grandmother’s recipes and love for cooking has been passed down to my father, it’s my pleasure to share a small part of our family tradition with you.
